Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Region, and Vladimir Daut, General Director of PJSC Metafrax, signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the Perm Scientific and Educational Center " Rational Subsoil Use "(REC).
The document is the basis for long-term cooperation between the REC and the enterprise. First of all, within the framework of such a direction of the REC as "Chemical Technologies". The agreement provides for cooperation in both scientific and educational areas.
We are talking about joint development, industrial development and introduction of products and technologies to the Russian and world markets, creation of new production facilities and modernization of existing ones.
Within the framework of the educational direction, cooperation is aimed at improving the training of highly qualified scientific and industrial personnel.
- For the Perm Region, it is important that the REC develops in close cooperation with enterprises. The main goal of this work is to create new technologies and world-class products. And the Center has great prospects in this direction: it conducts applied research and development of high-tech products, and tests the introduction of new technologies into production. Metafrax is a reliable partner of the Perm Region, which is currently implementing 2 major investment projects in the region. I am confident that our cooperation within the REC will be effective and efficient both for the enterprise and for the Center, " Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Region, stressed the importance of the signed document.
- REC is interesting for us, first of all, as an integrator of scientific and educational resources in the region. Cooperation between the Center for science and enterprises of the real sector of the economy can give a tangible synergistic effect. Last year, we have already carried out a lot of joint work with the REC on a number of promising projects, and we expect that thanks to the signing of the Agreement, our cooperation will move to a deeper level and bring new positive results, " said Armen Garslyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Metafrax.
Pavel Ilyushin, Director of the Autonomous Non-Governmental Organization REC "Rational Subsoil Use", stressed that cooperation with Metafrax as an international company is important for the center: "We understand that working in the global market, Metafrax is very well aware of current challenges and promising areas of technology development. This means that as part of our joint work, we will solve truly important tasks, and the results of our work will rightfully belong to the world level. And most importantly, knowing the long-term tasks, we will be able to build the educational process so that university graduates do not "catch up" with enterprises, but already get acquainted with the most relevant and promising approaches during the training process"
