13/01/2021
On the basis of the Department of Physiology and Genetics of the Institute of Biology, Ecology and Natural Resources of Kemerovo State University (a member of the REC "Kuzbass"), the molecular biology club has started its work.

Students, students and young scientists who are interested in science can become a member of the Molecular biology club. The goal of the club is career guidance work with talented young people.

Members of the club will get acquainted with the modern possibilities of molecular biological sciences and biotechnologies, plan a personal development trajectory, gain applied skills in conducting research, surfing scientific information, data processing, planning experiments, and receiving advice from international partners.

This experience will help young scientists get involved in project work aimed at obtaining scientific results with the possibility of publishing them.

The organizers plan to hold educational shifts for schoolchildren and students. Club meetings are held at the Kemerovo State University site (73 Sovetsky Ave., 2nd building of KemSU, room 2332) on weekends. The head of the club of molecular biologists is a senior lecturer at the Department of Physiology and Genetics of KemSU, Valentin Volobaev.
