Among the winners are the projects "Three-dimensional modeling of coal deposits and the organization of remote monitoring of the state of mining operations" and "Automated dispatching system of mining equipment of the Bachatsky coal mine". Both projects are part of the digital strategy of the transformation program of the Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company.
Currently, the company's enterprises are creating a Multifunctional Security System (MFSB), which is based on remote monitoring of all critical safety parameters of mining operations. The basic remote control platform is a digital double of the cut.
To create a digital double, the company develops three-dimensional geological models of sections. To fill the models with operational and reliable data, as well as to ensure safe and trouble-free production, remote monitoring of mining operations using digital technologies and equipment is organized: radar, borehole sensors, quadrocopters, GPS systems, mobile laser scanning systems, hydrographic complex.
The purpose of the project "Automated dispatching system of mining and transport equipment of the Bachatsky coal mine" is to increase the productivity of the mining and transport complex of the enterprise due to operational production management.
"The introduction of the system allowed to reduce the downtime of excavators by a quarter while waiting for dump trucks, increase the loading of dump trucks and reduce fuel consumption. The projected economic effect is 150 million rubles a year," said Oleg Shevelev, Head of the Information Technology and Production Automation Department of Kubassrazrezugol Management Company JSC.
The Company plans to replicate this project to other branches. In 2020, the project of implementing an automated dispatching system at the enterprises of the Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company was recognized as one of the best projects in the competition of the Russian Information Technology Development Fund in the field of implementing domestic IT solutions. The grant entrusted by the company will allow to equip all sections of the Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company with equipment for work in the automated control system by mid-2022.
