The winners of the Government of the Russian Federation Award 2021 in the field of science and technology were Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Scientific Director of the Federal Research Center for Coal and Coal Chemistry SB RAS Zinfer Ismagilov and Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Ecologist of the Russian Federation, former Professor of the Department of KemSU Tamara Krasnova.
Recall that KemSU and FITZ UUH SB RAS are participating organizations of the REC "Kuzbass".
The prizes were awarded "for the development and implementation of effective resource-saving technologies for the preparation of drinking water for settlements in industrial regions with intensive anthropogenic impact on the environment."
In total, 143 people were announced as laureates, including 55 doctors of sciences, 33 candidates of sciences, 34 professors and 15 associate professors. The Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation is awarded annually on the basis of recommendations of the interdepartmental council, which includes representatives of the academic community and government agencies.
