Ufa hosts the forum "Territory of Growth - Smart Tau 5.0". Over three days, more than 200 participants from cities and districts of the republic will receive training in social design from leading federal and regional experts. 3 days of active work include master classes, project sessions, case studies and expert consultations, discussions, project laboratories, networking, creative, sports and cultural venues.

"Your future is in your hands!", Ruslan Kazykhanov, Advisor to the Head of the Republic of Belarus on Science, greeted the participants of the forum.

At the project session of the forum, together with the guys, Ruslan Kazykhanov discussed and gave an expert assessment of the methods of active career guidance that were proposed for consideration by experts.

Among the problems faced by future applicants, the guys identified the problem of insufficient awareness of the chosen work activity and the lack of opportunity to obtain practical skills at the career guidance stage.

"The company should be interested not only in students, support and the necessary career guidance should begin already at school," the student-participant of the project session noted in his speech.

Ruslan Kazykhanov, in turn, noted that continuing education of the "school-university-enterprise" type is actively implemented within the framework of the activities of the Eurasian REC.

"REC allows us to look at the development of the regions in a different way. The living environment is changing, approaches to education are changing. Now we are actively working on the introduction of new educational products for the youth audience - these are REC classes in schools and pre-universities, corporate classes, as well as laboratories created jointly with educational and scientific organizations of higher education and enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The main thing in such educational programs is specialization in the contours of the research agenda of the Eurasian REC," Ruslan Kazykhanov said.

Based on the results of working with experts, participants aged 18 to 30 will present their projects at the competition and will be able to receive grant support, and children aged 14 to 17 will solve case problems and go to implement them in their cities.
