The Eurasian National Council summed up the results of projects aimed at the development of school education

On January 17, on the World Day of Children's Inventions , the results of the first year of implementation of two projects of the Eurasian REC aimed at the development of school education were summed up with the directors of republican schools and rectors of universities within the framework of a meeting in the "Hour of Science" format, under the leadership of the head of the Administration of the Head of the RB Maxim Zabelin : 5 pre-universities were created in the republic and 60 school initiatives were supported.

Qualitatively transforming science and education in the region, Bashkortostan already has a positive trend – if a few years ago only 40% of graduates chose universities of the republic, now the figure has grown – more than 50% of graduates stay at home in Bashkortostan. And we need to strengthen such a struggle for the best minds.

The beginning has been laid – new scientific, educational and leisure spaces have been created in 60 republican schools, which will help to reveal not only the talents of our children, but also to actively launch the processes of career guidance.

As a result of the REC project, five pre-universities appeared on the basis of Ufa University, Bashgosmeduniversitet and Ufa Oil University in Ufa, Neftekamsk, Kumertau, Beloretsk and Uchalinsky districts. And now, studying in specialized classes, the new modern educational process will allow more than 3,000 schoolchildren to reach a qualitatively new level of training.

Maxim Zabelin clarified that all these projects are based on the financial support of Bashkortostan and they will be implemented by the region until 2024 inclusive.

The Head of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Belarus also instructed to work out the issue of including universities in the unified register of organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses. I am sure that new opportunities will give an incentive to our universities to implement new breakthrough projects.
