On April 28, 2021, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation announced a competition for grants in the form of subsidies from the federal budget in order to further provide state support to world-class scientific and educational centers based on the integration of educational institutions of higher education and scientific organizations and their cooperation with organizations operating in the real sector of the economy (third stage).
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules for Granting grants in the Form of subsidies from the federal budget for the provision of state support to world-class scientific and educational centers based on the integration of educational institutions of higher education and scientific organizations and their cooperation with organizations operating in the real sector of the economy, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 30, 2019. No. 537 "On measures of state support for world-class scientific and educational centers based on the integration of educational institutions of higher education and scientific organizations and their Cooperation with organizations Operating in the Real Sector of the Economy" (as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 3, 2021 No. 539), and on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated October 8, 2020. No. 1290 "On competitive selections of world-class scientific and educational centers for the subsequent provision of state support for world-class scientific and educational centers based on the integration of educational organizations of higher education and scientific organizations and their cooperation with organizations operating in the real sector of the economy" for the subsequent provision of state support for world-class scientific and educational centers based on the integration of educational organizations of higher education and scientific organizations and their cooperation with organizations, operating in the real sector of the economy.
To participate in the competition, the initiator of the creation of the center, within 30 calendar days from the date of the start of accepting applications, submits to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements established by the documentation on the competition, using the forms of documents established by section 3 of the documentation on the competition.
The start and end dates for accepting applications for participation in the competition and documents attached to applications: from 9:00 a.m. Moscow time on April 28, 2021 to 18:00 a.m. Moscow time on May 27, 2021.
