The event is organized by researchers and teachers of the Kuzbass State Technical University and the Kuzbass Scientific and Educational Center. The Kuzbass Engineering League is supported by the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth Policy of Kuzbass and the Ministry of Education of Kuzbass.

To solve the problem, participants will be provided with a case dedicated to the development of heat supply networks – "Optimization of the city's heat supply problems". The qualifying stage will be held in the correspondence format. The finished solution of the case should be submitted for evaluation by the expert commission by April 10, 2023.
5-10 days before the final stage, the tournament organizers will announce the teams that have made it to the finals and send them an additional task to the case.
The winners and prize-winners of the engineering competition will be awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes from the organizers and partners of the Kuzbass Engineering League.
