Kuzbass REC sees a new stage in the development of cooperation between scientific organizations and industrial business in building business contacts at the interregional level. To discuss possible areas of cooperation, ANO Kuzbass Scientific and Educational Center organized an online meeting with the leaders and experts of the Nizhny Novgorod REC (both organizations are among the first pilot five RECs established in the country in April 2019).
REC "Kuzbass" presented the developments of Kuzbass scientists and proposed to combine the potential of scientific organizations of the two regions to meet the growing demand of industrial partners in the most popular innovative developments. These areas include: digitalization (development of unmanned vehicles), hydrogen energy, mechanical engineering and personalized medicine.
Experts of the REC of the Nizhny Novgorod region told about the work of their scientific teams and supported the proposal of the REC "Kuzbass".
In the near future, the parties will exchange detailed information about the scientific achievements of the participants of the scientific and educational centers. A package of proposals will be developed for the industrial partners of the Kuzbass REC and the Nizhny Novgorod REC, which will be presented to companies of the Kemerovo and Nizhny Novgorod regions as part of a joint large-scale event.
Also during the meeting, experts of scientific and educational centers discussed cooperation in the development of educational projects and joint publication activities of scientists from the two regions.
