Anton Doroshin, Director of the Commercial Space Center of Samara University, co-chairman of the Aerospace Committee, spoke on behalf of the committee and spoke about the integration work of the committee within the multi-level aerospace monitoring system of the Earth and near space, about the Commercial Space Center.
Anton Doroshin outlined the role of the management company of the world-class scientific and educational center "Engineering of the Future" in the development of the Commercial Space Center:
- Institute of Regional Development - Space Law Integration Center;
- Formation and control of the implementation of the roadmap for the creation of the CCC;
- Monitoring of geographically dispersed material and technical base;
- Organization of legal support at all stages of the formation and functioning of the CCCC;
- Control of pricing for services and services provided by the CCC
- Search and work with investors and customers together with ROSCOSMOS Group of Companies;
- Marketing services and PR.
No less important issues that were raised during the meeting:
- the material and technical base for the CSC, which includes more than 300 units of geographically distributed various stands and laboratory installations;
- preliminary Roadmap of the Commercial Space Center project;
- the issue of the importance of educational technologies in the field of aerospace.
Educational technologies in the field of aerospace include a scheme "from project to product" with three blocks:
- THE BLOCK IS EDUCATIONAL. Involvement in scientific and technical activities and popularization of space research among young people.
- THE BLOCK IS SCIENTIFIC. Obtaining and practical application of new knowledge in the creation of rocket and space technology.
- BLOCK – PRODUCTION. Creation of a competitive environment and development of markets and the production of high-tech products.
It should be noted that on January 21, 2020, an agreement was signed between Roscosmos and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on expanding the capabilities of the existing orbital grouping of Earth remote sensing spacecraft.
During the discussions, it was noted more than once that thanks to cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, technological projects of the world-class REC "Engineering of the Future" activity program will receive new prospects, each project will become even brighter and more competitive at the global level. It is obvious that cooperation will be successful and fruitful for all parties, which will allow us to bring the economies of our fraternal countries to a new stage of development.
