Young scientists will present developments on the modernization of the agro bio sector of the South of Russia

The educational program for the development of professional skills and career opportunities of young scientists – the School of Key Researchers (MPI) is being completed at DSTU REC of the South of Russia. The final events will be held on November 17 via videoconference.

In the final, teams of scientists from the Rostov, Volgograd regions and Krasnodar Krai will present the results of their developments in such promising areas as biological protection of crops, organic farming, production of environmentally friendly products, water safety, 3D-bioprinting of artificial animal tissues. The teams will receive an assessment of their developments from invited experts.

Online performances of MPI School teams will be held on November 17 from 13:15 to 16:00. Summing up the results of the educational program will begin at 16:00.

The task of the MPI School is to help young scientists develop professional skills and expand career opportunities, enter the personnel reserve of scientific and technological development in the South of Russia.

Within the framework of the program, scientists have completed three educational modules devoted to the position of a key researcher and scientific strategy; business modeling, market definition and development of promotion strategies; organizational design. In addition, the program included trainings and lectures on research methods in agricultural holdings and leading agricultural companies, digital research tools, and the creation of scientific startups.

Reference: The MPI School is an educational program for the development of professional skills and career opportunities of young scientists, aimed at forming the personnel position of a key researcher (Principal Investigator), who today plays a major role in the implementation of scientific projects. The project is being implemented with the support of the Government of the Rostov region, the Don State Technical University, the Center for Strategic Research "North-West".
