As part of the visit of the official delegation of the Russian Academy of Sciences under the leadership of the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Sergeev, the opening of the first auditorium of the Competence Development Center of the Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center of the world level at the site of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University took place.
One of the priorities of the republic is the development of the scientific potential of students, postgraduates, and young scientists at a faster pace. The Competence Development Center of the Eurasian REC successfully solves these tasks: in 2021, more than 1300 students and scientists were able to "pump up" their skills.
"Since last year, the Eurasian REC has launched a project to create 8 classrooms within the competence development center. UGATU was the first to make repairs, the Eurasian REC equipped the auditorium with furniture and all modern equipment, which, among other things, will help the guys develop IT competencies for young specialists of the university. There will also be classes on the development of various competencies, including English language training," said Irina Burenina, director of the management company REC RB.
The audience of the Central Research Center of the Eurasian REC is a place where students, young scientists and teachers will be able to evaluate and develop their competencies. Such personal and technological development on the basis of universities will help to maintain and improve the quality of the educational process, not letting young talents leave the republic, but offering the most sought-after positions and opportunities for career and social development within the region.
The new space meets all modern requirements and is focused on a high-quality educational process.
Conducting advanced training programs and master classes for graduate students and young scientists, holding events popularizing science and promoting new educational and research programs, attracting young people to research and innovation work is only a small part of what needs to be done within the framework of the project to create classrooms of the Central Research Center of the Eurasian REC on the basis of universities and scientific organizations participating in the scientific and educational center.
