A film about Space, gifts and certificates of winners. On the eve of the Children's Day, the experts of the ANO "Scientific and Educational Center "Kuzbass" congratulated the schoolchildren who scored the highest number of points according to the results of the intellectual property competition.
A surprise for the children was an excursion to the KemSU planetarium (the basic organization of the Kuzbass REC), equipped with modern digital full-dome equipment (the diameter of the dome is 5.3 meters), which allows you to demonstrate video interviews about astronomical phenomena, the starry sky and popular science cinema. The students also visited the roof of the planetarium, where the observatory with sliding doors is located, in which the technological telescope Celestron Nexstar Evolution 9.25 is installed. The telescope allows you to see not only Mars, but also its two satellites: Phobos and Deimos. Kemerovo Planetarium is included in the list of 26 planetariums of Russia, as well as in the list of planetariums of the world.
Recall that the contest was dedicated to the theme "Great inventions for Earth and Space". For two weeks (from April 26 to May 11) participants were tested on the topic of intellectual property and /or performed creative work (essay, video, presentation) on the topic of the competition.
