The event is dedicated to modern approaches, practices, methods and needs of technology management in a broad context and for all management levels.
This year, the Conference focuses on the use of patent analytics for the tasks of ensuring Russia's technological sovereignty: the transition to an advanced development model, import substitution, technology transfer, the establishment of new logistics chains and other important tasks.
Within the framework of this conference, promising young specialists (21 students and postgraduates) from Russian regions undergo intensive training under the guidance of leading analysts of the FIPS project office.
The head of the patent office of the ANO "Scientific and Educational Center "Kuzbass" Maria Mesiac took part in the opening of this event and lectures on patent analytics.
Also from Kuzbass, Mikhail Konstantinovich Korolev, a graduate student of FITZ UUH SB RAS, takes part in the youth training. Following the results of the first day, work was carried out to familiarize with the designated field of technology (unmanned cargo transportation), work was carried out on the development of a domain model, the preparation of keywords and search queries for patent search and the formation of a collection of patent documents.
Further work is expected on the formation of a collection of patent documents, its analysis and visualization of analytical representations.
On the 30th, patent landscape projects will be defended, which will be evaluated by a commission consisting of Yuri Zubov, Head of Rospatent, O.P. Neretin, Director of FIPS, O.V. Ena, Head of the FIPS Project Office.
