Representative of the KuZbass REC Maria Mesiats – participant of the IX Congress of Technology and Innovation Support Centers "Integration of the CTI resources for technological development of regions"

Traditionally, the congress is a communication platform for discussing important issues of the development of an international project for the creation and development of a CTI in the Russian Federation. The focus of the congress participants' attention is on establishing links with potential partners in the region, interaction with innovative enterprises for commercialization of intellectual property results, the most promising areas of activity of the CPT, modeling of new services as the most important tool for information and personnel support of innovative development of the region, technology and innovation transfer, building interaction of the CPT with new structures: REC, CTT of universities and research institutes.

The main task of the congress is to search for applied infrastructural and system–forming solutions to strengthen the role of the CTI in building a system of management of rights to READ in the organization, the disposal of the exclusive right to READ in the digital economy and sanctions pressure, in the implementation of regional development programs.

Head of the patent office of ANO "Scientific and Educational Center "Kuzbass" (concurrently – head. by the Laboratory of Patent Analytics of FITZ UUH SB RAS) Maria Anatolyevna Mesiats participated in the IX Congress of Technology and Innovation Support Centers "Integration of CTI resources for technological development of regions" with a report on the topic: "Technology development and transfer: interaction in the resource region".

It should be added that the first-level Scientific and Educational Center based on the ANO "Scientific and Educational Center "Kuzbass" has been functioning since December 2020 under the cooperation agreement between the Federal Institute of Industrial Property and the ANO "Scientific and Educational Center "Kuzbass".
