A delegation of the Institute for Regional Development (IRD), the management company of the world-class Engineering of the Future Research Center, consisting of Olga Mikheeva, Adviser to the Governor of the Samara Region, General Director of the IRD, and Denis Gusev, Project Director of the world-class Engineering of the Future Research Center, State Secretary of the IRD, held a working meeting at St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

The world-class SEC "Engineering of the Future" actively cooperates with Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Today, the IRR delegation held a meeting with Alexey Borovkov, Vice – Rector for Advanced Projects of this university and Deputy Chairman-member of the Presidium of the Governing Council of the Scientific and Educational Center "Engineering of the Future". It was possible to discuss topical issues of interaction both between REC participants and with high-tech companies. A constructive dialogue will lay new vectors of cooperation, which will result in the development of promising projects and the creation of highly competitive technological developments. We would like to remind our readers that at the end of 2020, the IRR team took part in the VUZPROMEXPO-2020 exhibition, where they attended the presentation of the three-door electric car of Russian production Kama_1 and even managed to conduct one of the first test drives of this electric car, developed jointly by employees of CompMechLab, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and KAMAZ with the personal participation of Alexey Ivanovich Borovkov.
