On June 16, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov met with the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Sergeev. The parties discussed topical issues of cooperation.
In particular, Alexander Sergeev highly appreciated the scientific and educational potential of Bashkortostan, including the project of the Interuniversity Student campus of the world-class Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center. Radiy Khabirov invited the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences to take part in scientific events dedicated to the opening of the Historical and Cultural Museum complex "Shulgan-Tash" in the Burzyansky district. It will take place in early July.
Recall that in April 2022, Radiy Khabirova and Alexander Sergeev visited the Shulgan-Tash museum complex and Kapova Cave. As a result of the visit, it was agreed that a number of scientific events and conferences will be held on its basis as part of the launch of the complex.
– Radiy Faritovich proposed to hold the opening of the museum in the format of a scientific event. We supported this initiative. I am sure that the republic will prepare a rich and interesting program," Alexander Sergeev said. – The new historical and cultural complex must necessarily function as a scientific object.
