On October 19, 2021, the All-Russian Meeting of heads of executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation exercising management in the field of education was held. During the meeting, the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of regional mechanisms for managing the quality of education were summed up.
The Republic of Bashkortostan, having improved its position in 2021, entered the top twenty subjects of this rating.
Evaluation of the work of the Ministry of Education and Science of Bashkortostan was carried out in eight directions:
- The system of assessment of the quality of training of students
- The system of working with schools with low learning outcomes and/or schools operating in unfavorable social conditions
- A system for identifying, supporting and developing the abilities and talents of children and young people
- The system of work on self-determination and professional orientation of students
- The system of monitoring the effectiveness of heads of educational organizations
- The system of ensuring the professional development of teaching staff
- The system of organization of education of students
- Preschool education Quality monitoring system
Conducting such an assessment involves not only identifying methods, procedures and tools that provide data on the state of the education system at the regional level, but also allow implementing a set of measures aimed at improving the quality of education in the regions.
