The opening of the "School of Leading Engineers" took place

On November 24, the opening of the key educational event of the REC "tUlatECH" - "Schools of leading engineers (Principal Engineer)" took place. The event was held at the Boiling Point of L. N. Tolstoy TSPU. The moderator was Dmitry Sanatov, head of the head office, partner of the CSR "North-West".

On the first day of the training, Anton Pankratov, Deputy Chairman of the Tula Region Committee for Science and Innovation, Konstantin Podrezov, Vice-Rector for Research at Tolstoy TSPU, Alexander Fertman, Director of the Department for Science and Education of the Skolkovo Foundation, and Marina Lipetsk, Director of the Center for Strategic Research "North-West", the partner organizer of the training, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.

Mikhail Narkhov, Deputy Director General of the center, made a report on the activities of the REC "tUlatECH".

- The Center for the Development of Scientific and Educational Competencies, created on the basis of the REC "tUlatECH", serves as a platform for launching educational projects, professional retraining and advanced training of employees of organizations participating in the REC "tUlatECH". Among the tasks of the center is to provide the best methods and practices in the field of solving specific business problems in order to achieve maximum economic effect," Mikhail Narkhov emphasized.

Then the head of the project direction of the CSR "North-West" Elena Tibina presented the program of the School to the audience. And at the end there was an acquaintance with the participating teams of the training.

"School of Leading Engineers– is an educational program for the formation of a personnel reserve for the implementation of technological projects of the REC "tUlatECH". The training program was developed by the Foundation "Center for Strategic Research "North-West" taking into account the specifics of the activities of the participants of the REC.

The training will take place from November 24 to December 11, 2021 in full-time and distance format. During this time, the participants of the "School" will gain skills in managing scientific, technical and engineering projects and laboratories, opportunities for making the next career step, new contacts and connections both within the professional community and beyond.
