The adopted decisions will contribute to the expansion of the practice of initiative budgeting in Bashkortostan and the effective implementation of the program of activities of the world-class Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center.
According to the document, from 2021 to 2024, local budgets will receive subsidies from the republican treasury for state support of initiative budgeting projects in these areas.
The total amount of budget allocations for the implementation of school students ' initiatives will amount to 30 million rubles annually with the allocation of subsidies for one project in the amount of up to 500 thousand rubles.
In 2021, Alsheyevsky, Belebeyevsky, Beloretsky, Buraevsky, Davlekanovsky, Dyurtyulinsky, Karmaskalinsky, Meleuzovsky, Sterlibashevsky, Tuymazinsky, Ufa, Uchalinsky and Chishminsky districts, as well as the cities of Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Oktyabrsky, Salavat, Sibai, Sterlitamak, Ufa participate in the competitive selection.
10 million rubles will be allocated annually for the development of a network of pre-universities on the basis of municipal educational institutions, with the allocation of a subsidy for one project in the amount of up to 2 million rubles. In 2021, Beloretsky, Uchalinsky districts, Kumertau, Neftekamsk and Ufa are participating in the competitive selection in this direction.
The Government of Bashkortostan needs to approve the procedure for granting subsidies and the procedure for conducting competitive selection by September 20, 2021, as well as to provide budget allocations for the payment of subsidies when forming projects of the republican budget for the next financial year and subsequent periods.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Bashkortostan should ensure the holding of a competition for subsidies and their allocation to the winners of the selection.
