As part of the business program of the third day of the XXX anniversary International Specialized Exhibition of mining Technologies "Coal of Russia and Mining-2022" ANO "KuZbass Scientific and Educational Center" signed a cooperation agreement with LLC "Georesonance". The company is a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Fund. Its team has developed, patented and is now successfully applying in practice the technology of plasma pulse action (PIV) for the early degassing of unloaded coal seams. The parties will develop partnerships in the field of methane extraction from the coal massif, with its subsequent processing and application. The document also provides for joint participation in projects aimed at improving the level of safety at coal mining enterprises in the region.
Recall that improving the safety of coal mining is one of the directions of the implementation of the comprehensive program (CSTP) of the full innovation cycle "Clean Coal – green Kuzbass", approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on May 11, 2022.
Also today, Natalia Petrik, Director of the KuZbass Scientific and Educational Center, took part in the discussion of digitalization of drilling and blasting operations at coal mines. A round table was devoted to this topic, the participants of which were representatives and heads of the Scientific Center of VOSTNII for Industrial and Environmental Safety in the Mining Industry, the Siberian Department of Rostechnadzor, the Institute of Problems of Integrated Development of the Subsoil named after Academician N.V. Melnikova RAS, the Kuzbassrazrezugol Coal Company - a participant of the KuZbass REC, the KRU-EXPLOSIONPROM enterprise and the EXPLOSION GROUP innovation company.
