The project is implemented by the Academy together with the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship of the Kemerovo regional branch of Opora Russia and is aimed at solving real problems related to the development of their own business, creating a development strategy and expanding the planning horizon.
The participants of the training are girls from different municipalities of Kuzbass, who make their lives and the lives of fellow villagers happier and better. Many of them are experienced entrepreneurs in such fields as horse breeding and timber processing, cosmetology and fish farming, cheese making.
During the training, participants will develop business strategies and learn how to work with goals, understand how to become effective managers, learn how to manage their own time and resources.
