The Center for System Analysis and Strategic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is engaged in conducting scientific research in the field of scientific, technical and socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus, the center's staff study the theory and practice of organizing scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities, develop methodological foundations for the implementation of socio-economic and scientific-technical development programs, and also work working on forecasts and plans for innovative development of the Republic of Belarus.
Alexander Alekseevich delivered a lecture on "Practical aspects of patenting scientific developments and technology transfer in the Republic of Belarus" for representatives of research organizations and the business sector of the region (patent specialists, patent attorneys, patent and inventive engineers, as well as other specialists whose activities are related to intellectual property).
