On February 17, 2021, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation A. M. Medvedev approved updated Guidelines for the preparation of annual reports on the results of implementing programs of world-class research and educational centers based on the integration of higher education organizations and scientific organizations and their cooperation with organizations operating in the real sector of the economy.
