In accordance with the test program, a system designed and manufactured by specialists of HMS Neftemash JSC based on a unique hydro-mechanical submersible gearbox (HMPR) designed to drive a specialized plunger pump was installed in the well at the field.
The implemented technical solution has an optimal ratio of characteristics and cost, which makes it an alternative in comparison with existing expensive solutions for oil production on the fund of low-yield wells. At the same time, there is no need to use traditional rocking machines for oil production.
Oil production at a well equipped with a submersible gearbox makes it possible to accurately and remotely manage the extraction of products online using digital protocols, and monitor the condition of equipment.
